Upon verification, the Service will provide you with various functions and services for visiting exhibitions, as specified by the Service.

Regarding your personal data, Taiwan Trade Shows will protect it in accordance with the law, as detailed below:

1. Data Collection Agency: Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA)
2. Source of Personal Data: The Service collects data you upload, transmit, publish, or otherwise provide, including registration information such as account, password, ID, name, email, company name, and connection information.
3. Data Security: The servers are equipped with firewalls, antivirus systems, and other security measures. Only authorized personnel, who have signed confidentiality agreements, may access your data.
4. Purpose of Data Collection:
- (1) Verifying member identity, member services, data management, pre-registration, ticketing, and consumer or online behavior research.
- (2) Compliance with legal requirements, contractual obligations, and other lawful purposes.
- (3) Marketing, customer management, business operations, and consulting services.
5. Categories of Personal Data: Name, email, company name, IP address, usage time, device model, browsing and click records.
6. Use of Personal Data:
- (1) Data will be recorded, stored, and used for service provision, marketing, analysis, statistics, research, and personalized or value-added services.
- (2) Data will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless legally required.
7. Duration, Region, Recipients, and Methods:
- (1) Duration: Until you request cessation or the Service ends.
- (2) Region: Locations where contracted institutions operate.
- (3) Recipients: Contracted or affiliated organizations.
- (4) Methods: In accordance with lawful and specified purposes.
8. Data Subject Rights:
- (1) You may request to inquire, review, obtain copies of, correct, cease processing, or delete your data by emailing ttsapp@taitra.org.tw. Necessary costs may apply.
- (2) You can view or modify your profile data using your registered nickname.
- (3) If you request to stop or delete your data, note that incomplete or incorrect data may prevent full service provision.
9. Data Protection:
- (1) Sensitive fields such as account, email, and name are not masked for verification purposes. We encourage users to safeguard their devices and login credentials.
- (2) Data is securely stored and handled by personnel who have signed confidentiality agreements.
- (3) Security measures are in place to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
- (4) Third-party service providers are required to maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols.
- (5) If you delete or request cessation of your data, Taiwan Trade Shows may suspend or terminate your account.
(2) Privacy Protection
The privacy policy describes how personally identifiable information is handled. It does not apply to third-party services not managed by the Service.
(3) Mobile Device Permissions
To enhance your experience, Taiwan Trade Shows may request the following permissions:
1. Camera: For scanning business cards or QR codes.
2. Notifications: For sending push notifications.
3. Network Status: To verify connectivity.
4. Calendar: For scheduling and reminders.
Permissions can be managed via your device settings. Denying permissions may limit certain functions.
3. Data Storage and Compliance
You are responsible for safeguarding your verification and login information. If unauthorized use is suspected, contact ttsapp@taitra.org.tw immediately.
4. User Obligations and Commitments
You agree to:
1. Not steal, alter, or destroy information.
2. Not spread viruses.
3. Not impersonate others.
4. Not engage in inappropriate activities.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of services. Taiwan Trade Shows is not liable for damages incurred by the user or third parties due to such violations.
5. Service Suspension or Interruption
The Service may be suspended for maintenance, technical failures, or other uncontrollable factors without liability for any resulting damages.
6. Electronic Documents
All transactions and agreements are valid when confirmed electronically within the Service.
7. Use of Cookies
Cookies are used to enhance your experience. You may disable cookies, but some functions may be affected.
8. Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless:
